Dublin Herzliya is designed in Gothic style. It was carefully planned and constructed by architects and builders from Ireland, who brought the materials and the period elements that create a unique atmosphere.
Seating is at long wooden tables like those of mediaeval knights, with massive high-backed chairs, creating meeting and interaction between customers. The booths (snugs) were built in amphitheatre style, with the highest seat 2.5 meters above the floor of the hall, so everyone has a good view of the live performances.
All the furniture and sofas were created in Ireland and covered with carefully chosen fabric, a Gothic wooden arch completes the design and matches the regal atmosphere. Stained-glass, unusual lighting, and exploitation of almost the entire wall with the alcove behind the bar 30 m bar of carved mahogany in which stained glass is featured. Dublin specialises in pouring draught beer. The quality of the beer is preserved by storing the barrels in a 14° cooling-room, and an underfloor pipe that brings the beer straight to the bar taps.
Dublin has 70 types of beer, 12 of them draught beer, and a selection of 300 drinks. The menu provides grilled spare-ribs in barbecue sauce, calamari rings, mini schnitzels, and beer batter fish & chips. Excellent music, perfectly made drinks, and sociable people all create the special atmosphere of Dublin that's reflected in Happy Hour – what the Irish call the “craic” – daily from 17:00 till 20:00 with draught beer - 1 + 1.
